By submitting your CV or applying for a role with us, you agree to the following:

You consent to us collecting, storing, and processing your personal data for the purposes of:

• Identifying suitable job opportunities
• Sharing your CV and interview details with prospective employers
• Keeping in contact with you regarding job roles or market insights
   

Your data will be held securely and only shared with clients where relevant and appropriate.

We retain your data for up to 2 years from your last interaction, unless:

• You request deletion
• We have an ongoing recruitment relationship
• Legal or contractual reasons require extended retention
   

You may request the withdrawal of your consent or deletion of your data at any time by emailing admin@lucyjames.uk. This may limit our ability to assist you with future opportunities.

You confirm that the information you provide is accurate and does not infringe any third-party rights. You also confirm that you are authorised to share the information with us.
