By submitting your CV or applying for a role, you agree to:

1. Consent to Data Processing

  • Collecting, storing, and processing data to identify suitable jobs.
  • Sharing your CV/interview details with employers (where relevant).
  • Keeping in contact regarding roles or market updates.
     

2. Data Retention
We hold candidate data up to 2 years from last interaction unless:

  • You request deletion
  • We have an ongoing recruitment relationship 
  • Legal/contractual reasons require longer retention
     

3. Withdrawing Consent
You may withdraw consent or request deletion anytime: admin@lucyjames.uk

4. Candidate Obligations

  • Information provided must be accurate and lawful.
  • You confirm you are authorised to share it.
